Client Agreement

This Client Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of VolleyXP (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.

VolleyXP provides tools to discover, create, and organize volleyball games and matches, manage participants, and enable related communication and features.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, VolleyXP is not a party to any agreements between you and other users, organizers, coaches, or venues.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate this Agreement, abuse functionality, attempt to hack, spam, or otherwise harm the Service or other users’ experience.

You agree not to post or transmit content through the Service that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringes third‑party rights, or contains malicious code.

You retain your rights in your content, but you grant VolleyXP permission to display it as necessary to operate the Service (for example, showing participant names in match rosters).

Some features may be paid. Pricing, billing terms, cancellations, and refunds (if any) will be shown in the product UI at the time of purchase or in the plan description.

If payments are processed by a third‑party provider, their terms may also apply.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or meet your requirements.

We do not guarantee that games will take place, that participants will show up, or that third‑party services (venues, coaches, etc.) will be satisfactory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VolleyXP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss of data, or for acts/omissions of third parties.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for paid features in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (if applicable).

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to it.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page, unless stated otherwise.
